I like your barre workouts idea. I work out in a pool 3 days a week, walk along the bay 2 times a week, and attend church for a spiritual rejuvenation, plus other things of course.
ReplyDeleteI have been naughty about working out so far C. But I have been meditating and doing some energy work (with Christie Marie Sheldon-strongly recommend you check her our C). I keep saying "I will start working out tomorrow" but it hasn't happened yet ;-)
ReplyDeleteI like the look of these barre workouts. Brings back memories of my ballet class days! I find that my pilates class at 5.15 pm is a relaxing way to end the day.

Dearest Celia,
ReplyDeleteSuch a bAAArre work-out looks very energetic but it is not in our area... The benefit of living in a big city is a good one. We can walk and bike here! Looking forward to the spring weather too.
Happy Sunday to you both.
Hugs,
Mariette
Bonjour, mon ami! I started the Barre workout this week and love it. I'm utilizing muscles I didn't know I had! I love that it helps tone and elongate muscles vs building them, and it helps with posture and as well.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a lovely Sunday. xoxo, B
