Happy weekend lovelies ... one of the things I enjoy when the weekend rolls around is getting in the kitchen and trying something new. Last week I came across a Cardamom Pound Cake recipe that I just had to give a try. I have enjoyed it on it's own, shared it with friends and nibbled on it over a cup of tea or two - throughout the week.
