The 14th Salon du Chocolat in New York settled again at the Metropolitan Pavilion November 10 to 13, 2011.
65 chocolatiers will be waiting for you to host more than 15,000 visitors on these four days and present their product lines. It will also include demonstrations of recipes executed by top chefs, book signings by award-winning authors, an area exclusively for children and a VIP lounge ...
