I'm guarding your writing desk ... Translation: If I lay here you can't sit = we'll go for a walk..

Resting my head ... Translation: You took too long, I was napping = I'm pouting..

Playing with Roover ... Translation: I was bored waiting for you = I'll show you,

Roover is always ready to play...

Just hanging out ... Translation: I'm up to something = If I just look cute, let her take picture, she won't see the electrical tester I scooped from Daddy's tool belt.

Visiting Bella...

 She was so happy to see me..or .maybe its the new pink and brown poka dot dress I bought her, even doggie girls like new clothes!!

We are ready to come in ... Translation: We are always waiting for you!.. = It's tough being a doggie

Ruff Week - Dolce PawsPost Fridays

I knew it was going to be a ruff week when I went to have my doggie nap and discovered my blankie and pillow were missing. Not one to miss out on a nap, I decided my toy box would do.

Is Mommy Coming ... maybe we can go for our walk!

Hmmm.. where did that ant go???

Wow ... the cutting garden looks really nice!!

Wait Mommy ... I think there is something here !!!

Nope, I'm not moving ... If I don't see you , you don't see me!!!

Ok... I'll come, but we have to go to the stream.

Look how colourful the Butterfly garden is!

Look it's Mr. Frog...

This was a tiring walk ... can we go back?

On our way back ... we stopped and picked some flowers for our home.

Dolce PawsPost - Mommy is back

I am so happy that Mommy is back from her trip. I have forgiven her for leaving me behind; after all she has been taking me for lots of walks in the garden this week.

With all the rain, the cutting garden is blooming with lots of colour. This makes Mommy smile alot.

The Angel Garden is looking really good. When the paths are filled in with pea gravel Mommy says I can go for a walk in it. Hopefully it will be finished soon!!

Looks like Mommy has some projects to complete - this would be great sitting rest area -if it was stripped down, painted and more cushions added. I thought the gazebo was going to be moved closer to the stream - a sitting area added and climbing rose bushes planted. Hmmm, maybe Mommy should not go on any more trips until her summer garden projects are finished.

                

 No, Frog friend to see today.

Hmmmm.... What's This?

         

 Wow!!! I Can see the stream really good from up here!

I'll just rest here ... maybe my friend the Frog will show up...

Its Great to be a Doggie …. Dolce Turns 1

Our little boy turned 1 on April 6th and we celebrated with a birthday party for him yesterday. The weather almost cooperated – the rain held off, the sun was shining on and off – unfortunately the breeze was a little cool and we had to move the patio table inside. I will be so happy when the family room and kitchen are complete (Renovations ..... but I digress).
