Making Space for the Life You Want  4 Week Challenge
Week 3 - Decluttering Relationships

While it's always important to surround yourself with positive, supportive, uplifting people, this becomes an extremely important survival mechanism when you are facing difficult times in your life.

Relationships come in various forms, some are with people who live in the same home as you; share the same blood or are the extended family you create for yourself; others live in the same city/country and others miles away. Some of these people have been in your life for as long as you can remember and others may have recently come into it. Most lift you up when you spend time together, while others drain you mentally, physically, emotionally, energetically. Just like "stuff" can keep you trapped from moving forward and living the life you want - so can people.

Morning and Evening Routines - How Conscious Planning can help you with
Self Care & Living the Life you want

When life throws us a curve ball getting out the door in the morning and getting to sleep at night can become a blur, a source of chaos, frustration and anxiety.  While you may not consciously plan your morning or evening  - in one way or another you already have a routine. In the morning you wake up, shower, grab a coffee/ breakfast, get dressed and head out the door to start your day. At the end of the day you return home, have dinner, do laundry, watch television, check social media, maybe exercise before going to sleep. Essentially morning routines are what you do from the time you wake up to when you start your day; while evening routines are the things you do when you get home before going to sleep.

  3. Celia! It's so good to be able to sit and read, to catch up with my favorite people and their lives. This post hit me between the eyes. It pretty much explains my absence for the last year and a half. I've been running, hiding, and trying to survive. Now I have time to settle down, calm down, and breathe. Thank you for this timely post. With much love xoxox Diva
