It's Feeling A Lot Like Winter ...

Keeping Warm in Winter

Winter is still a few weeks away but the weather is feeling a lot more like winter in my little corner of the world. And the unpredictable temps make it hard to decide what to wear - layering has become my go to.

How are you keeping warm?

  1. Dearest Celia,
Wow, LOVE those Gucci jeans and even more so the way they are being modeled; LONG enough and making for an excellent silhouette in a slimming way.
Guess what...? After doubting for several years, due to its price, we both got us this week each a pair of the French: Le Chameau Leather-Lined Chasseur... Wow, we now need snow for walking the fields and feeling warm and dry! They are super!
Stay cozy and enjoy this special indoor season too.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  2. I love this outfit! Warm, cozy and stylish! We have had the same kind of weather here in Kentucky. I don't mind it being cold but when the wind is blowing and whips around the hills we have here...brrr!

    Stay warm and cozy!

  3. What a cozy and stylish outfit you planned my dear Celia, it's fabulous!!
Here the temperature dropped down more than we were expatiating, so layers are indeed the best formula.
Hope you're having a nice weekend.
Thank you so much for linking!!

    Love and blessings

  4. I don't know where my comments are disappearing to! I comment on every blog but not all comments show up - weird! How do I keep warm? Snuggling up to Alpha Hubby in front of the fireplace sipping hot cocoa! What better way to keep warm?

  6. I love your finds here Celia! It was cold and then we got a heatwave...I am all confused! I was dying to wear some killer jeans and boots, but am wearing a "Boot" for this stress fracture in my foot so am VERY challenged attire wise! Can't wait to have 2 shoes boots slippers anything on :)
    Happy December my friend!

  8. Lovely collection of ideas ... and if it's very cold outside, it's winter-wear time, no matter the date.
I'm loving this time of year a lot. Textures, weight, depth, finish ... winter fabrics have it all.
Tomorrow will be my first faux leather day, and looking forward to facing the chill!
